In 2022 we celebrated our 30th anniversary together as a band. The year was a living symbol of our 3 decades, a sum up of how being on Moonspell has been throughout the time. We played around 50 shows this year, all of them packed with emotion and a feeling of celebration of our “legacy“ but also our present days as a band. The hard times we all live couldn't possibly be out of this equation and we had to painfully cancel or postpone some of our plans, but hey, at least for us it's always been (and will ever be) win some, loose some. The important thing is that we could entertain thousands of fans this year and add another year to the spell that bind us. As we enter 2023, we will be back on the road. In March we will play our biggest tour ever in our muy amado Mexico and I believe that soon enough we will be prepared to announce our 30th (well, 31st technically) anniversary shows in Latin America and our rescheduled US tour. Also some festivals have been booked and all dates are available on our site. Besides the live shows, we will be working on our new album (which will take time) and we are entertaining the thought of bringing back (with a few selected shows in Portugal and abroad) our Soombra, Moonspell acoustic experience. Other than that, we want to expand our YT community so please LIKE FOLLOW/SUBSCRIBE. We wish a splendid 2023, hope to meet each and everyone of you. Thanks also to all our friends in the scene who took time to wish Moonspell a happy 30th birthday. May Goth bless you all. See you on the road! The future is dark, but it's all that we've got...
