Tools used - Dremel 400 XPR, Laptop HDD with 22 ceramic platters (yes, from many other HDDs), old aluminum VCR head. I think those were spinning at least 50K/PM I used rubber from an old printer on Dremel to aggregate the disks. Those were making high pitch noise, could spin them faster but the rubber stuff cant handle it, would melt and fly over the room (yuck).
