First time starting the Fenix A320 from cold and dark in Microsoft Flight Simulator

Join me as I start the Fenix A320 from cold and dark in Microsoft Flight Simulator - working through the *functional* steps required to prepare the aircraft for flight. We configure the aircraft, programme a flight plan, calculate performance data, and take off for the first time.
