Allen, the director of Educationa at Cortland State University in New York. The film shows kids the correct way to behave in the lunch room or cafeteria. It begins with a puppet show in classroom of a character who is very much unpleasant and does not wash his hands, is rude to others, and makes messes. The kids then go to lunch and one particular child is followed as he goes through all the same steps but remembers to be neat and kind, unlike the puppet show character. He washes his hands, waits in line patiently, eats without making a mess, and cleans up after himself. 0:11 Title “A Coronet Film: Lunchroom Manners”, 0:30 children watching a puppet show in a classroom, 0:45 puppet walks past the toilet and goes straight to the lunch room, 1:10 the puppet rudely pushes everyone aside in the line, 1:20 puppet knocks over everything on the table in the lunchroom, 1:53 teacher at the front of the classroom dismisses students to go to lunch, 2:18 child stops in front of the bathroom and goes in to wash his hands, 3:10 child combs his hair in a mirror, 3:28 child waits at the end of the lunch line instead of skipping ahead to be with his friends, 4:06 child places his silverware neatly on his lunch tray, 4:31 child gets his meal and has to ask for more milk since it ran out, 5:21 child pays for his lunch at the cashier, 5:33 child carefully sits at the table with his friends, 6:00 child puts a napkin on his lap, 6:34 girl sneezes and uses a napkin to cover her mouth, 6:45 boy runs past their table and gets scolded for running by a teacher, 7:07 child eats a piece of cake and drinks milk carefully, 7:34 children all wait at the table for everyone to finish eating before getting up, 8:00 children look over at the next table and notice that it is very messy in contrast to their clean table, 8:30 children neatly sort their garbage from lunch, 9:00 teacher speaks to the children and lets them back into the classroom, 9:13 the puppet is back in the theater and is ashamed of himself, 9:32 “The End” We encourage viewers to add comments and, especially, to provide additional information about our videos by adding a comment!
