She is unable to stand up on her own and is very off-balanced

She was found thrashing on a grate-style kennel with no bedding or blankets. She was brought to the hospital (thank you Catherine Mikus) where it was found she was hypoglycemic, dehydrated, and looked to have hydrocephalus. They started medications and stabilization right away. All night she received drugs to help decrease her brain pressure. Tippy will have a neurology appointment on the 30th for her to see what is going on but we are happy with the current progress with just medications.
