Check out for more good stuff! This is video 2 of 4. Some of you may have seen I recently designed a hack to convert a Canon EOS 50mm 1.8 ii EF into a TS-E Tilt Shift lens which worked out Really well! Check the link here: Affiliate links: Canon EF 28mm 2.8: Shock Mate SA1997 Boot: Wiha PH0 Precision Phillips Screwdriver: or Wiha Precision Screwdriver Sets: Jewler's Screwdriver Set: Soldering Iron: Solder: Solder Flux: 5“ Diagonal Cutting Pliers: 6 Excel Files: Larger File Set: BSI Bob Smith Glue (I like the 108 weight the best): BSI Bob Smith Accelerator (Helps speed up drying time of glue): Magnifying Glass Clamps Soldering Stand: Dremel 9903 Tungsten Carbide Cutter: Atlas Super Saw: 4-Chuck Swivel Head Pin Drill: Micro Drill Bits: Double Sided Sticky Tape: Well I decided to go wider! The EOS 28mm 2.8 EF lens is an outstanding lens so I thought it would be a perfect candidate for me to hack. I found one damaged and very cheap so it was time to put it under the knife. The results turned out Very well! The project was done with a 2 inch boot by Shock Mate SA1997 29-84086 to function as a bellows. The rubber is the perfect thickness and works perfectly. This is the same boot that also is used in the 50mm I previously done. Watch the 4 videos before you attempt building the lens because there are some things I change along the way so you don't want to have to redo some parts.
