Replacing the 1992 Toyota Supra 2.0 GT Twin Turbo of the third generation Supra (GA70), the RZ was the performance model of its range. The RZ was sold as a Japanese domestic market model from 1993 to 2002. Export models of the RZ received the Twin Turbo name instead. The Supra RZ is powered by a three litre twin-turbocharged inline-six codenamed 2JZ-GTE and available as the “ I6 - TT“ engine swap in the Forza series. It produces 320 hp (239 kW) and 315 ft·lb (427 N·m) of torque, and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission by Getrag.
