Bobby, study hard and retake these tests to boost your scores and your chances of getting hired. Finally, Bobby needs to build a portfolio and gain some job experience. Even if it's pro bono work or projects for fake companies, having examples of your work is essential. Highlight your skills and show potential employers what you can do. In summary, Bobby has a solid start but needs to enhance five key areas: his profile picture, overview, test scores, job experience, and portfolio. By improving these aspects, Bobby can stand out and attract potential employers on Odesk.
