Hello Everyone 😀 Sit back and relax. Enjoy 8 minutes of oddly satisfying scientific curiosities featuring various mind-blowing stuff! If you guys liked this video please follow us on Instagram : And subscribe to our channel @physicsfun Buy them on : This video contains: 👉🏻 Ambiguous Superhero Object: A very fun fan art 3D print which makes use of the ambiguous object illusion invented by mathematician Kokichi Sugihara- a clever combination of reflection, perspective, and viewing angle. 👉🏻 Electromagnetic Levitation Module: this bare bones engineered control system uses an adjustable electromagnet (the copper coil) and a Hall effect magnetic field sensor (embedded in the center of the the coil) to levitate a neodymium magnet and keep it from falling. A feedback loop informed by the Hall effect sensors allows fine tuning of the magnetic field to exactly balance the pull of gravity, all powered by a 12 power supply. Once trapped the magnet can also rotate, creating a nice way to display a small piece of kinetic illusion art hanging from a chain. 👉🏻 Pendulum Snake: 15 independent swinging pendulums, each with a slightly longer period than the one to its left side, create mesmerizing wave patterns. As the pendulums get further out of phase with each other the waves become shorter and faster. 👉🏻 Infinity Mirror Tea-Light Candle: a candle holder with two sets of parallel partially mirrored panes of glass produce, through the physics of reflection and refraction, the illusion of multiple candle flames spanning out in two dimensions. 👉🏻 Mezmoglobe Luna: Gravity Defying Kinetic Desk Toy. Complex metallic shape designed to twist your mind with gravity-defying optical illusion. Spin it and witness the magic in front of your eyes. 👉🏻 Bouillant de Franklin Collection: my collection of vintage hand boilers, physics toys of blown glass that feature a reversible liquid-gas phase transition and demonstrates the relationship between temperature and pressure in an enclosed volume. 👉🏻 Convection Currents (exploratorium): 🌟 With special thanks to the Exploratorium! 👉🏻 Mirror Illusion Bank: Symmetry Reflection = Illusion. Deposit a coin (which seems to vanish) and send Mickey flying. The coin hits a lever that send the wings of the goose temporarily into motion adding to the illusion. 👉🏻 Turntable (exploratorium): rolling disks on a spinning platform. The path of each disk depends on position and angle at launch. Interesting orbits result from the interplay of angular momentum and gravity in this interactive exhibit. 🌟 With special thanks to the Exploratorium! 👉🏻 Viral stuff on internet vs @physicsfun 👉🏻 BONUS CLIP 👉🏻 Randomly selected comment Background music by : Flow by Nomyn Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0 Free Download / Stream: Music promoted by Audio Library Thanks for watching❤
