INGREDIENTS for the starter 1/4 cup of drinking water (at room temperature) 1/4 cup white flour for bread INGREDIENTS for the first bread 300 g of starter (1.1/4 cup) 300 ml of drinking water (1.1/4 cup) 500 g of flour (4 cups) 2 teaspoons of salt *Tips * You will definitely notice that on day 3, an unpleasant smell will appear in your starter, don't panic! Do not throw away!
