Odissi : Tributes and Traditions - Raga Labs Virginia

Mayur Dance Company from Maryland came together with IndianRaga to produce a Tributes and Traditions piece through the beautiful dance form of Odissi. With music by maestro Ali Akbar Khan, and Pt Rajendra Prasanna, this piece celebrates the Odissi tradition through refreshing choreography and performance by students and performers of Mayur Dance Company, under the leadership of artistic director Sukanya Mukherji.
