Hello everyone, I am Xu Shaoyun from Dongguan Haibao Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. Our company mainly produces electrostatic sorters, silicone rubber sorters, spectral sorters, and AI sorters. In 2021, we purchased a 3kW laser machine from Changchang Laser. Then, in 2022, we repurchased 6kW and 3kW laser machines. Currently, we are using 3 Changchang Laser machines in our company. Over nearly three years of usage, the stability of Changchang Laser products has been quite OK. This includes the smoothness of the workpieces and the precision of the cutting, which meet our company’s standards. I also want to thank General Managers Li and Chen for their cooperation. During the use of the machines, there are some small issues. Every time I make a call, they can arrive in about half an hour as we are located nearby. Their prompt service is quite satisfactory. Changchang Laser is indeed a trustworthy brand.
