What is a natural process of responding to life? On a stage, in the world, wherever. How to become aware of what's going on inside you? You should pay attention to this question many times a day. Get in the habit of finding out how you feel at any given moment. Create your personal inventory to find out how you're being affected by the objects around you, both animate and inanimate. Ask yourself: “How do I feel? How do I feel about that?“ Your next question should be, “Am I expressing how I feel, and if not, why not?“ Turn this process into a vigorous learning experience for you. If your answer is, “No, I'm not expressing how I feel,“ then ask yourself, “What can I do to express it? How can I help myself express my feelings within the framework of the consequence?“ Once you have found the answer to your WHY, you try to express it as much as you can. Give yourself permission to respond. The natural process is stimulus-effect-response-expression. This process is described in detail in one of my favourite books, “No acting, please.“ Buy the book “No acting, please“ on Amazon: If you have any thoughts after watching this video, write them down.
