In response to a request from a viewer, I walked the streets of Tokyo at midnight. I left Shibuya station at 1:00 a.m. and headed for Shinjuku via Omotesando, Harajuku, and Yoyogi. This time, the city is a popular tourist destination crowded with many people during the daytime. However, at midnight, the streets are deserted and quiet, like an otherworldly scene. If you have a hard time sleeping at night when sightseeing in Japan, it might be a good idea to get out of your hotel and walk around the quiet streets of Tokyo. 00:00:00 Highlights 00:01:35 Start walk from the scramble crossing in front of Shibuya station 00:32:43 Omotesando 01:14:30 Harajuku Takeshita Street 01:50:29 Yoyogi Station 02:11:34 Shinjuku Station South Exit 02:30:35 Shinjuku Kabukicho 02:51:17 Shinjuku at dawn - Related Videos - Shibuya walk at sunset : Harajuku walk in heavy snow : V1PY Shinjuku Kabukicho and Golden Gai walk at dusk
