Watch as a female ringed caecilian (Siphonops annulatus) feeds her young a fat-rich, milk-like fluid. Her babies (smaller caecilians) nuzzle near the opening to her reproductive system. Soon after, the mother releases the nutritious fluid produced in her oviduct. The wormlike creatures are the first amphibians known to feed hatchlings this way.
