Will Eve Go Back (1928)

“Are the days of the short skirt going - ? Glance back to 1909.“ L/S of two women walking beside an ornamental pond. They wear the fashions of the early 1900s. Looks like it was filmed in the 1920s though. They stand on the edge of the pool and throw pieces of bread in. They turn to show off their outfits. L/S of three women walking towards the camera - this looks like genuine footage from around the same period - 1909. Another model walks towards the camera in a stately home garden type setting. She wears a hobble skirt and holds a parasol. She poses for the camera. M/S of woman in a lounge or drawing room (probably a set). She wears a large hat and old fashioned clothes. A maid brings some tea. Another woman begins to pour the tea for her friend. Safety print only. Was an item in Eve's Film Review issue number 394. This item may have originally be stored in another can - discovered in 1999. No markings on leader as to where was originally stored. Have created new cans for th
