Intertitles read: 'For . Pageant June 30th. - “Close-up“ pictures of bombing display - taken at risk by Pathe Cameraman.' Hendon, London. M/S of a man sitting on the grass and loading small bombs into the underside of an aeroplane. L/S of numerous biplanes taking off from an airfield; L/S of five planes flying high in the sky. Air to air M/Ss of a plane in flight, one showing the bombs being dropped, and the view from our plane. Note: this story may once have contained a flashback to planes from 1911 - now missing.
