Foxgloves flourish, blooming in June & July, their beautiful red violet magenta pink florets climbing up those tall elegant stems. This easy to watch 20 minute video witnesses an A2 sized foxglove landscape in encaustic wax coming to life (594mm x 420mm). Painted onto card base using the encaustic art wax blocks (non-resinous wax), Michael Bossom guides the colours with heated tools, to find a final image of remembered experiences.
