Machine high speed and accuracy is achieved by means of Delta Electronics high duty servo motors, SESAME MOTOR planetary gearboxes, strong linear guides and high-accuracy helical racks. The machine is equipped with a high frequency powerful spindle. The power of the electric spindle is enough to process virtually any type of wood, plastic or composite materials. A heavy and strong machine body serves as a steady base for mounting units and aggregates. Machine high accuracy guarantees precise movements of gantry and spindle which influences processing accuracy. All CNC machining centers of KDT company are equipped with a workpiece pusher with automatic cleaning of the working table. This helps reduce maintenance time and avoid chip scrap get under the workpiece.
