Elite Dangerous Odyssey - Is This Working As Intended

Elite Dangerous Odyssey has a whole load of great looking new planets, but it's also got a lot of what appear to be broken planets. In between those two extremes are a group of planets that could be either broken, or working as intended. In this video, I take a look at one example of this.
