Getting sufficient therapeutic drugs to the precise disease cell would reduce the amount of medication required; reduce side effects; and enhance treatment. Mabe explores the use of nano-particles for this purpose. Taylor is a doctoral student in the NC A&T/UNC Greensboro Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering in Greensboro NC. His interests are in the delivery of medicines through nano-particles to increase medication effectiveness and reduce side effects. This talk was given at a TEDx event us
