Don't be fooled by this simple car model. This 3 part rigging tutorial will show you everything you need to know about setting up your car model ready for animation in Maya. Please keep in mind that this rig is not easy to achieve so be sure to know the rigging basics before watching. In this video we create a chassis rig that is fully adjustable to fit all common 4 wheeled vehicles. You can follow along and download the Maya file and expression used in the video here:
