Those are not professional American soldiers, those seem to be Mercenaries - and we have recorded cases of Spanish and Italian Mercs going to fight to Israel, these bunch seem like FOG, an American Merc outfit that fought in Ukraine. What FOG is not telling you is that they lost a very sizeable amount of their men to the Russians, the Russian military absolutely massacred them in the Ukraine, and I doubt they will fare any better in Gaza.
