Context: During his 1990 interview with Ted Ted Koppel of Nightline Nelson Mandela clarifies his position on Israel/Palestine. Nelson Mandela gave this response after being repeatedly attacked and denounced by the interviewer (Ted Koppel) and by several members of the audience for meeting with Yasser Arafat and supporting the PLO.
