Hey Fam! Today is all about the cardio burn. We are doing a no repeat workout ready to test your stamina and limits. You do not need any equipment for the workout. Let's get ready to work! Warm up (3 Rounds – 20 seconds work, no rest) 1 Jog 2 skaters 3 squat to toe tap 4 butt kicks Round 1 (1 round, 45 seconds work) 1 frog jumps 2 high knees 3 squat jumps 4 side to side back lunges Round 2 1 burpees 2 jumping jacks 3 hit the floor 4 123 heisman Round 3 1 alt back lunge 2 belt kicks 3 cross jacks 4 in and out squat jumps Round 4 1 switch kicks 2 push ups 3 mountain climbers 4 plank Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽 1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). 2. There will not be a workout on day 7 and Day 14 as those are designated rest days but the rules will apply for those days
