Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cod fillet. 2. Finely chop the onion, Italian parsley, garlic, and bell pepper. 3. With a generous amount of olive oil in a pan, stir-fry the garlic, and then add the onion and bell pepper. 4. Add the turmeric powder, chopped parsley, and a half cup of stock. Add salt to season. Place the cod fillet skin side down, into the pan, and pour the white wine to the pan. 5. Cover the pan, and boil it down for 3 minutes over high heat. Flip the cod fillet, and add the shrimps and clams. Then, boil down for another 4 minutes. 6. Place the cod fillets on a plate, and sprinkle parsley atop before serving. (tip.
