The main goal of the Congress is to unite scientists, engineers, businessmen, lawyers, and economists to evaluate all the tools and scientific and technical resources available to humanity for solving global problems of preserving the Earth’s climate and ecology. The main focus of the Congress is monitoring and preserving the Earth's climate and ecology using alternative energy technologies and greenhouse gas capture (methane, carbon dioxide, etc.), as well as the introduction of the latest energy saving technologies, energy and waste recycling. The main objectives of the congress: 1) analysis and discussion of the possibilities of environmental monitoring using modern means and a forecast for the creation of the latest tools for global monitoring of the planet, 2) analysis and discussion of the causes of climate change and ecology, 3) analysis and discussion of alternative energy technologies, including hydrogen technologies, 4) analysis and discussion of the latest technologies for energy and waste recycling.
