This tutorial covers a technique using Nuke Edge Extending, and goes over the fundamental compositing concept. This applies to any render or CG from Blender / Unreal / Houdini - etc - whenever you are layering CG objects behind real footage you will encouter this problem. We'll go over the basic edge extend tool, if you're looking for more custom ones, check out Nukepedia.
