album:The Music of Armenia, Vol. 1: Sacred Choral Music Haissmavourk choir The first installment of Celestial Harmonies' Music of Armenia. This album focuses on the ancient sacred choral music of the ancient home of Mt. Ararat. The recordings were performed by the Haissmavourk Choir at two notable locations, both with excellent acoustics. The tracks were recorded at the Geghard Monastery, traditionally the home of the spearhead which pierced Christ on the cross and at Echmiadzin Cathedral, site of a visi
