Arms Here’s my arm workout from the weekend. At the moment I’m not lifting any crazy weights, just trying to maintain as much muscle mass as possible whilst I’m on a calorie deficit. I’m on low carbs up until my reload on Saturday, so I’ve currently got the energy levels of a sloth. Like most of my arm workouts I aim to squeeze the contractions as hard as possible. Form is always kept slow and controlled as well as aiming for maximum time under tension. - Incline Seated DB Bicep Curl Dropset (3 sets) - Overhead DB Tricep Extension (4 sets, DON’T LOCK OUT) - Incline EZ Curl Superset with DB Skull Crushers (4 sets, DON’T LOCK OUT) - Single Arm DB Tricep Kickbacks (3 sets, no rest)
