The OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine visited the village of Nikolaevka on Thursday after reports that the village had been recently shelled emerged. SOT, Vitali, Nikolaevka resident (Russian): “They [Ukrainian Army] are continuously shooting at these water towers. They zero-in on them. One was located here, but it was immediately shot at and now they shot the second as well. Local residents were left without water; we do not know how to get out of this situation.
