That slow, heavy, head bang type of song. The moment of the set to let it all out. You might notice a part in the verse where I clamp my hi-hats down with my hand whilst playing double kick. I’m very aware it’s possible to play this normally with single kick, but it’s just not as fun! Plus, my approach on the kit a lot of the time is to feel balanced. I’m conscious of trying not to overload one limb/group of muscles when, in circumstances like this, it can be shared. Recorded live from the FOH Console in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
