Occurred at 200 Cedar St, Seattle, WA on February 7th, 2022 around 6:30 PM. A career criminal homeless man, identified as 31-year-old Wantez Tulloss, walked up behind an Asian woman as she returned home and took a full swing of a bat to the back of her head. The victim suffered skull fractures and will require significant surgery. Tulloss was living at the A.L. Humphrey House, which is “supportive housing“ for the homeless in Seattle when he was arrested there. He has been arrested 26 times since 2008, including first-degree robbery, theft, assault and three violations of no-contact domestic violence. He is now being held on $150,000 bond.
