Make the salad dip: In a large bowl, stir together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the Parmesan and chicken and gently fold until the chicken is coated in the dressing. 2. Transfer the dip to a serving platter and spread in an even layer. 3. For the topping, scatter the romaine, Parmesan, and crushed croutons over the dip. Finish with a drizzle of Caesar dressing and a squeeze of lemon juice. 4.
