Rossini's father, a horn player, recognized his son's musical talents early on and provided him with a solid musical education. At the tender age of six, Rossini began studying the piano and quickly displayed remarkable skills and a deep passion for music. In his teenage years, Rossini studied at the Liceo Musicale in Bologna, where he honed his composition skills and absorbed the musical trends of his time. He composed his first opera, “La Cambiale di Matrimonio,“ at the age of 18, which was received with great acclaim. This marked the beginning of his prolific career as an opera composer.
