British GT Championship 2023 - Silverstone 500 - Battle for the lead - Dan Harper vs. Sandy Mitchell

BMW works driver Dan Harper had been closing the gap to Sandy Mitchell’s Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 #78 for several laps before making his move for the lead of the race. Harper tricked Mitchell having showed a fake intention to commit an overtaking maneuver on the outside line, thus allowed himself to quickly change direction to the inside one and lay a proper trajectory in order to catch up with Mitchell. Both cars went side-by-side on the main straight of the Silverstone circuit until Harper eventually got ahead. BMW M4 GT3 #91 kept the lead and won the race having started from 18th position on the grid.
