The goal with these tracks is to not know when it restarts so you can stay focused forever! ❤ ❓ Why: ❓ ======== As someone who always had trouble focusing on single tasks for long periods of time I would have music playing, or a TV on in the background, which now I realize made matters worse. Every new song that came on would trigger memories which would pull me out of what I was doing for seconds-minutes at a time and not realize it. Or that feeling when a new song starts and your unsure if you should skip it because you can't remember it, that too is a giant distraction. I have become hyper aware at how normal music can change my thought process in an instant. With almost every song I listen to parts bring up certain emotions and cause me to reflect on some past/future event which I now realize were distractions.
