В 1991 в СССР компанией «Аргус» были начаты съёмки мультфильма «Сокровища под Горой» с Николаем Караченцовым в роли Гэндальфа. От фильма сохранилось только вступление, съёмки не были закончены. In 1991 the Soviet Union by “Argus“ were started shooting cartoon “Treasure of the mountain“ with Nicholas Karachentsov in the role of Gandalf. From the film preserved only entry, the shooting had not been completed.
