Here’s how you can make a heart warming bowl of Tibetan hand pulled noodles known as Thenthuk. This dish can be made both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian. Today I am showing you the vegetarian recipe. Its one of the recipes I make a lot since my Mum is a pescetarian :) Its delicious, nutritious and perfect for colder weather. Ingredients: For dough- - Wheatflour (you can use All purpose flour/ Maida as well) - Eggs (optional) gives a nice slippery texture - Water For soup- - Oil - Chopped vegetables of your choice- I like to add Onions, Tomatoes, Spring onions, Carrots, Radish and Peas. - Salt - Black pepper - Soya sauce - Celery leaves ( its seasonal so if you cant find this you can add spinach as well) - MSG (optional) to enhance vegetarian soup taste #thenthuk #onepotmeal #tibetannoodlesoup #handmadenoodles #handpullednoodles
