I found this 110V vintage drill from a Japanese recycle shop. It is discarded because it is outdated and dangerous if used improperly. Even though it is outdated, its interior mechanic is still very good. For safety reasons, I have converted it from electric to battery powered by restructure the DC motor and mount new battery to drill body. The original armature is converted to 18V armature by rewinding new formula. The field is replaced by permanent magnet.
