Thripshaw's (John Cleese) surgery, a patient Mr. Burrows (Michael Palin) enters, and explains he has a problem with saying words in the wrong order. For fleeting moments, his speech seems fine before his sentences end in nonsense. The doctor proclaims he's suffering from a disease so rare it doesn't have a name, and decides to name the disease after himself, fanatical at the fame he'll get from this discovery.
