INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 9-16-20 11:00 am LOCATION: Bay Marina (Goodies Restaurant Parking Lot) CITY: National City DETAILS: The female driver of the Jeep drove through the intersection of Bay Marina and Cleveland Ave. She entered the parking lot and drove straight into a parked KIA. Good Samaritans went to her aid and realized there was something wrong with her, so they left her in the Jeep. An NCPD officer arrived and tried to help her from the car to the sidewalk, and she could hardly stand or sit. Paramedics arrived and deemed that she had no injuries. She was given a breathalyzer and she blew a .37. The legal limit is .08. When asked if she had ever done the breathalyzer before, her answer was “Yes“.
