When Amber first made her allegations against Johnny Depp back in 2016, she originally requested a DVRO (a Domestic Violence Restraining Order). The Court DENIED her DVRO request, instead granting her a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) which is narrower in scope and has an expiration date.
