Violin Sonata No.1 in G minor, BWV 1001: IV. Presto Composer : Johann Sebastian Bach Arrangement by Gabriel Cyr I am currently doing a Master Degree in Jazz Interpretation at Laval University. I arranged this piece in the context of a creation project in which I explore different instruments less common in jazz. I was curious about the sound of a jazz guitar and a harpsichord playing together. I decided to harmonize and write an harpsichord part for this wonderful piece originally written for solo violin by Bach. I hope you can appreciate the sound of this uncommon duo.
