C/U of a man taking a watch out of his pocket; the time is . Very brief shot of crowds in a London street; they seem to be outside a tube station with a sign reading 'Piccadilly & Hampstead Railways'. Various shots of people in Murray's Club dancing to the band of Eddie Gross-Bart and his Boys. Billy Wells chats to Eddie (?) as he and his partner dance beside the bandstand. Some of the other couples hold balloons as they dance. Intertitle introduces the Sarroni Sisters and Medvedeffs Balalaika Band and Chorus; we see dancing girls in little fur-trimmed costumes dancing before the diners to a fast Russian tune. Next act is Delores, doing a kind of skippy tap routine. Mary Stewart does some acrobatics in her tap routine. Some men and women in the audience are wearing black eye-masks.
