Kefka’s EX Skill pose is definitely top tier. Yep. He’s a bit underwhelming especially after Kuja and Quistis (those two are monsters anyway) but still really nice for double debuff and blocking HP Attack. His attack need a bit time for setup since he’s debuff based character but once it’s set it’s worth the trouble. And that EX Skill pose. I pulled just for that. =ω=)d Setzer is still pretty much viable here. He’s a good alternative to block HP Attack if you don’t have Kefka.
