How to hide your body heat signature from thermal imaging (e.g. drones) and night vision. I compare multiple military camouflages in the field (typical setting in a German forest) and see how well they blend in. I also test how well they conceal thermal signature (transparency of thermal emission), how well they absorb visible light (light inside of a shelter) and how well the camouflage works in the near infrared (nightvision). In the end of the video I summarise my key takeaways how to hide from thermal imaging and show my favourite camouflage patterns for the specific setting (southern Germany, typical vegetation in the forest). Thank you AGM for making this video possible. I used the AGM Glory Pro outdoor phone which has a built-in thermal imaging camera and even a nightvision camera with active near infrared illumination (invisible to animals and the human eye).
