In Swahili language we have three types of verbs 1. Bantu verbs 2. Monosyllabic verbs 3. Arabic verbs Bantu verbs: They're the verbs that have Bantu origin and they end with the vowel “a“. Eg: kusoma, kupika, kulala... Monosyllabic verbs: They're also Bantu verbs, but they're called monosyllabic because the stem of their verbs have only one syllable. Eg: Kula, kunywa, kuja, kupa, kufa... Arabic verbs: They're verbs that have Arabic origin, and they end with a vowel “i“, “e“ or “u“ Eg: kusafiri, kuishi, kusamehe, kustarehe, kushukuru, kuamuru… I teach Swahili for all levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced, contact me on Italki: Email: abulbassaam007@ Whatsapp: Instagram: Facebook: #swahili #swahililanguage #tanzania #zanzibar
