Women's Muay Thai Demonstration

BOSS Thai Boxing Co-Owner and student, Milena Yamanaka, demonstrates a basic pad-hitting routine with her partner (Kru Yuki). These are the types of striking techniques one can typically expect to learn in a Women Only kickboxing class, as well as all regular Muay Thai classes.
