#shorts 1. Launch LibreCAD and create a new drawing or open an existing one. 2. Ensure that you are working in the desired drawing units and scale. 3. Select the “Text“ tool from the toolbar. It usually looks like an “A“ or a capital letter “T.“ 4. Click on the desired location in your drawing where you want to place the text. 5. A text input box or command line will appear. Enter the text you want to create. 6. Specify the text properties like font, size, style, and alignment using the options available in the toolbar or the command line. 7. Click “OK“ or press Enter to place the text in your drawing. 8. You can move, rotate, or scale the text as needed using the appropriate editing tools in LibreCAD. 9. To modify the text properties, select the text object, and use the text editing options in the toolbar or the command line. 10. Save your drawing to preserve the changes.
